Tennessee Appeals Court Rejects Argument That Covenant Shooter Manifesto Must Remain Concealed to Avoid Copycats

The Tennessee Court of Appeals has rejected the argument that the manifesto of the Covenant shooter should remain concealed to prevent copycat incidents. This decision was made in the case of Brewer v. Metro. Gov't of Nashville, as decided yesterday by Judge Kristi Davis and others.
