A study of NASA’s TESS (Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite) data on stellar pairs undergoing mutual eclipses has identified over two dozen candidate exoplanets. This method enables the mission to detect planets that would otherwise remain undetected. To date, TESS has confirmed 885 exoplanets and identified more than 7,900 potential candidates.
