Analogue has announced a new collection of limited-edition colorways for its Analogue 3D console, inspired by prototype colors of the original Nintendo 64 (N64) that were never released to the public. The new color options include Ghost, Glacier, Extreme Green, Ocean, and Atomic Purple. This announcement follows a previous release of transparent versions of the Analogue 3D, which were inspired by Nintendo's Funtastic N64 series. The prototype-inspired versions are set to be available for purchase on February 9 at 11 AM ET, with limited quantities expected. Each of the new colorways will come with matching cables, power adapters, and 16GB SD cards that are preinstalled. Additionally, Analogue has collaborated with 8BitDo to create color-matched controllers that complement the retro aesthetic of the console. The previous drop of the Analogue 3D sold out quickly, and the company anticipates that these new limited editions will also be in high demand. The Analogue 3D console is a modern remake of the N64, offering a nostalgic experience for fans of the original system. The new color options are designed to appeal to both collectors and enthusiasts who appreciate the history of the N64. The expected shipping timeframe for the new editions is 24 to 48 hours after the purchase date.
