The BAFTA board's review of the Tourette’s Fiasco at the Film Awards found "weaknesses" in planning and crisis procedures. The British Academy acknowledged that it did not "adequately anticipate or fully prepare for the impact of such an incident in a live event environment." No "malicious intent" was identified.
