Libel Suit by "King of Vape" Against N.Y. Post, Over Allegations of Misconduct and Anti-Israel Actions, Thrown Out but May Be Refiled

A district court has dismissed a libel suit filed by the "King of Vape" against the N.Y. Post regarding allegations of misconduct and anti-Israel actions. The court found that while the plaintiff had sufficiently alleged that the article contained false and defamatory statements, he did not adequately demonstrate that these statements were knowingly or recklessly false, nor did he sufficiently allege damages. The suit may be refiled.
