British actor David Jonsson has been cast as T’Challa’s grown son in the upcoming film "Black Panther 3," as announced during the San Diego Comic-Con. The film is set to hit theaters on December 15, 2028. Jonsson, who gained recognition for his roles in HBO’s "Industry," "Rye Lane," and "Alien: Romulus," will portray Prince T’Challa II, a character introduced at the end of "Wakanda Forever" (Deadline, Hollywood Reporter). Director Ryan Coogler revealed Jonsson's casting during the Marvel Studios panel at Comic-Con, highlighting that the character will come of age in the new movie.
