J.G. Quintel discusses "The Lost Tapes" and the challenges of pushing the TV-PG rating of "Regular Show." In the pilot, characters Mordecai, a blue jay, and Rigby, a raccoon, steal a magical synthesizer from a wizard while he is peeing in a bush. The synthesizer, named "The Power," can grant wishes if the characters express their desires through an improvised song.
