Punish Russia for Helping Iran Target the U.S. Military

U.S. President Donald Trump stated that Russian President Vladimir Putin wants to be “helpful” in the Middle East. In a recent exchange with the E.U. foreign policy chief, Secretary of State Marco Rubio expressed that the U.S. is doing its best to end the war and suggested that the U.S. would be willing to stop if Europe believed it could do better.
