The Illinois Appellate Court ruled in Mufarreh v. Google, Inc. that posting a video of a 10-year-old hockey player's "tantrum" does not constitute intentional infliction of emotional distress. The decision was made by Justice Raymond Mitchell, with Justices Sharon Oden-Johnson also participating.
