A new analysis has found Pfas pesticide residues on 37% of conventional produce in California, with peaches, strawberries, and grapes frequently contaminated. This analysis coincides with California legislation aimed at fully banning Pfas from pesticide use by 2035, which will also implement warning labels and other restrictions in the interim.
