No Preliminary Injunction in Challenge to Minnesota Election Deepfake Law, but Challenge Goes On

The Eighth Circuit, led by Chief Judge Steven Colloton and joined by Judges James Loken and Duane, ruled that there will be no preliminary injunction in the challenge to Minnesota's election deepfake law. The legal challenge will continue.
