Carnegie Mellon Must Provide Discovery About Relationship with Qatar, in Ex-Student's Lawsuit Alleging Anti-Semitism

Carnegie Mellon University is required to provide discovery regarding its relationship with Qatar in a lawsuit filed by a former student alleging anti-Semitism. The lawsuit involves an incident where the student, Ms. Canaan, was discussing the concept of an eruv in class when an architecture professor allegedly remarked that her time on the project "would have been better spent if [Ms. Canaan] had instead explored 'what Jews do to make themselves such a hated group.'"
