Valheim is coming to Switch 2 this year

Valheim, a survival Viking game, is set to be released on Switch 2 this year after its fifth anniversary. Originally launched in Steam Early Access in 2021, the game allows up to ten players to explore a procedurally generated open world inspired by Norse mythology, focusing on crafting, building, and combat. Players aim to defeat various gods to enter Valhalla, though they can also engage in cooking and recipe collection. The announcement trailer suggests the Switch 2 version may not have advanced graphics, as it remains in early access.
