Amazon Could Be Liable for Selling Product Used to Commit Suicide, Coupled with Promotion of a "Suicide Instruction Book"

The Washington Supreme Court, in the case Scott v. Amazon.com, Inc., ruled on Thursday that Amazon could be liable for selling a product used in a suicide, along with promoting a "suicide instruction book." The opinion was delivered by Justice Helen Whitener.
