Apple's iOS 26 enhances iPhone home screen customization, allowing users more visual control over app icons. Building on features from iOS 18, the update introduces options to resize icons, remove app labels, apply system-wide color tints, and create translucent icons using the new Liquid Glass design language. Customization options are accessible through the Customize menu in edit mode on the home screen. While total freeform icon placement and third-party icon packs are not permitted without shortcuts, the available tools enable significant changes to the iPhone's appearance and layout. A guide is provided to assist users in customizing app icons and layouts in iOS 26.
