The Constitution, Originalism, and the Ten Commandments

Ken MacVey moderated a bar association debate several years ago between John Eastman, then dean of Chapman University School of Law, and a dean of another law school. The debate focused on the Constitution and religion, during which Eastman argued for the promotion of religious teachings in public school classrooms.
