Congress has reauthorized Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act for another 45 days to allow time for negotiations on reforms. The House renewed Section 702 with minor reforms, excluding a warrant requirement but including a provision that prohibits the Federal Reserve from issuing Central Bank Digital Currencies.
