The Musée d’Art Moderne in Paris has received a donation of 61 artworks by Henri Matisse, described as “extraordinarily generous.” These pieces, which include paintings, drawings, etchings, lithographs, and a sculpture, have been kept in the artist’s family and feature Matisse's daughter, Marguerite, in most of the works.
