Weather tracker: hail covers parts of Tunisia and Algeria like snow

Severe thunderstorms have impacted the Mediterranean, particularly Algeria and Tunisia, leading to hail accumulations of up to 3cm deep. In Algeria, Oum Ladjoul and Hammam Sokhna reported significant hail layers, while Makthar in Tunisia experienced hailstones up to 3cm in diameter. Thunderstorms persisted, with additional hail accumulation noted in Ouled Bousmir, Tunisia, where a layer of about 2cm deep was observed.
