Syria's government has declared a ceasefire in Aleppo following three days of intense clashes with Kurdish fighters, which resulted in the displacement of over 140,000 people, according to The Guardian. The ceasefire, effective at 3am local time, requires Kurdish militants to vacate three contested neighborhoods and allows them safe passage to areas controlled by the Syrian Democratic Forces.
