PA financial crisis: No budget for 'essential services' including infrastructure, education & health

The Palestinian Authority (PA) is experiencing a financial crisis that has led to a loss of capacity to provide essential services, including infrastructure, education, and health care. The PA is unable to pay public-sector salaries in full. This situation is compounded by ongoing settlement expansion, settler violence, and Israeli restrictions, which threaten Palestinian institutions and economic life.
