Georgia Tech is developing an outreach and teaching module focused on nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) techniques, inspired by an Atlanta Science Festival event. The project, led by School of Chemistry and Biochemistry Assistant Professor Andrew McShan, aims to demonstrate how a glass of wine can help understand advanced research and technologies, making it suitable for introductory chemistry and biochemistry courses.
