30 people in Iran face death penalty after protests, Amnesty says

At least 30 people in Iran are facing the death penalty in connection with recent mass protests, according to Amnesty International. Eight death sentences have already been passed, while 22 other cases are before the courts, including two minors. The Iranian judiciary has not officially confirmed any of the death sentences.
